Hello,
In my life I am a wife, mother, sister, daughter, friend, and mental health counsellor. Growing up with a parent in the military I’ve had the privilege of seeing a lot of Canada - from Newfoundland to Vancouver Island and a lot of points in between. I’ve lived in large cities and small communities but for the past 16 years have made a home in Abbotsford on the beautiful territory of the Stó:lō people, specifically the Semá:th and Mathxwí First Nations. I identify as a cis-woman (she/her) of mixed French/English/Indigenous ancestry and am proud to be a member of Muskeg Lake Cree Nation.
In my work as a therapist I am guided by curiosity and the desire to understand relationships - how we are influenced and impacted by relationships with others, with ourselves, with our histories, and with the challenges we encounter.
